This paper addresses two aspects namely a new method for manufacturing of percolating concrete blocks using different proportions mixture such as Portland cement, Coarse aggregates, fine limestone, and water have been designed. Apart from this an attempt has also made by adding small quantities additives fly ash, rice husk ash etc. its strength suitability on par with the normal Concrete blocks. Another is partial replacement cement supplementary cementation materials metakaolin in reducing high grade consumptions proposed. The design Pervious way that it allows entire surface run off to percolate down without retaining any drop/quantity it. Thus, named Concrete/ porous concrete. An alternative usage makes eco-friendly. there comes idea partially replacing cementations materials, concern growing recent years towards pollutants conservation environment. continual urbanization led increase impervious area cities, further leading blockage percolation precipitation rainfall. result excess off. To counteract this, pervious solution. Hence, having 15% 35% interconnected pores volume, direct infiltration through structure.
